domestic U.S. customers:

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not in love with your Katia Designs piece, you may return or exchange your item up to 30 days after the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original condition and postmarked prior to the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you submit your request within the allotted timeframe, Katia Design’s is happy to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, at no additional cost. Please allow 1 business day to receive your pre-paid label as all returns are manually approved.

Items that are part of an exchange may only be returned for store credit 30 days following delivery.

For international returns or exchanges: 

Katia Designs is unable to provide prepaid labels (for returns OR exchanges) due to international shipping restrictions. For additional support, please email returns@katiadesigns.com.

Items purchased during a site wide sale may be exchanged or returned within the stated return policy window; a credit for what you paid during the sale will be applied to the price of the new item for exchange. Sale prices will not be honored on non-even exchanges. 

Extended Holiday Return: Eligible items purchased between 11/15/2025 and 12/31/2025 may be returned or exchanged through 1/31/2026. Please see exceptions below. 

Any item in the 'Last Chance' collection is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. 

Any item in a 'Flash Sale' is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. 

Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Any defective items should be reported to returns@katiadesigns.com within 2 business days of delivery.

For any issues with your order, including missing or defective merchandise, please contact the customer service department immediately upon receipt of your item at customerservice@katiadesigns.com.  

Failure to report defects immediately upon delivery may result in Katia Designs denying your return or issuing store credit only. Katia Designs is not responsible for replacing lost items due to unreported defective or damaged items.

Repairs: We offer a one-time complimentary repair within one calendar year of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the repair.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your banking institution. We process returns promptly upon receipt, and customers will receive an email confirmation with exchange details and new tracking information once the return/exchange is processed.

Order Cancellations & Edits: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24-48 hours prior to fulfillment. If the order is still eligible for editing, we will accommodate the request. However, if it has already been fulfilled or is in post-assembly, customers will need to wait until they receive the order and then proceed with a return.
