You can always track your order through the provided tracking number if your order has already shipped. Please check your email for shipping confirmation. All orders are put together by our assembly team at our South Florida studio. Our current assembly time is up to 7 business days plus shipping times that are given by the carrier at checkout. This time may be longer during promotions. If during the 7 business days post purchase, you see your item as 'pre-shipment' in Boca Raton that means we have printed your shipping label but the item is still being assembled. You may also see a delivery time as 'unavailable'. This is because USPS cannot currently provide an estimated date at that time. Also, a reminder that we do not have any extra insight to USPS and cannot control if a package is delayed or remains in a sorting center for an extended period of time.
If the tracking number says your package was delivered but you cannot find it, it could be a few reasons.
Sometimes USPS marks as delivered but it's still in the truck, they may have mistakenly delivered to your neighbors, or worst case scenario it may have been victim to theft. Because we aren't delivering the packages ourselves, the best thing to do is to contact your local post office. If it does show up in next 5 business days, please let us know by emailing customerservice@katiadesigns.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate custom orders.

Because our Good Vibes Tees are shipped from a 3rd party, they do not qualify for free shipping and cannot be counted towards the total to earn free shipping.
CAN'T FIND THE BOX?
Don't fret! Shipping carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they're dropped off (confusing, we know). If your order doesn't arrive within 48 hours, just contact Customer Service for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently offer international shipping via UPS and DHL Worldwide. Customs policies differ by country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery (if applicable). This includes customs clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes. Check with your local customs office for details.
Katia Designs LLC is not responsible for customs charges or delays.
The approximate shipping time is 2-4 weeks in addition to posted processing times.
LOST / STOLEN / MISDELIVERED PACKAGES:
Katia Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Katia Designs is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. Please confirm the shipping address on your order is correct and complete (including apartment numbers, etc.) within 48 hours of placing your order; we can update the shipping address so long as your order is still unfulfilled. Once the order ships, we will have to wait for it to reach a destination before we can issue a refund or cancellation.
If the tracking status of your order has not been updated for a week or longer, then we will declare the package as lost in transit and proceed to file a claim with USPS on your behalf. Rest assured, if your package has been lost, we will either send you a replacement at no additional charge, or issue a refund as soon as possible. To start the process, please email Customer Service with your order information and someone will get back to you promptly.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not in love with your Katia Designs piece, you may return or exchange your item up to 30 days after the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original condition and postmarked prior to the 30-day return window. If you submit your request within the allotted timeframe, Katia Design’s is happy to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, at no additional cost.
Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will be eligible for store credit only.
For international returns or exchanges: Katia Designs is unable to provide prepaid labels (for returns OR exchanges) due to shipping restrictions. For additional support, please email returns@katiadesigns.com.
Items purchased during a sitewide sale may be exchanged or returned within the stated return policy window; a credit for what you paid during the sale will be applied to the price of the new item for exchange. Sale prices will not be honored on non-even exchanges.
Last Chance items, Mystery Boxes, and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Good Vibes Tees: As print-on-demand items, refunds to the original payment method are not available. Returns will be issued as store credit. Any defective items should be reported to returns@katiadesigns.com immediately. For any issues with your order, including missing or defective merchandise, please contact the customer service department immediately upon receipt of your item at customerservice@katiadesigns.com.
Failure to report defects immediately upon delivery may result in Katia Designs denying your return or issuing store credit only.
Repairs: We offer a one-time complimentary repair within one calendar year of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

The program is completely free and comes with a ton of perks! When you purchase, you'll earn points right away but you'll need to register to get any of the sign on bonus points and birthday points. We also have bonus points events where you can earn 2x, 3x and maybe 4x points!
Simple - everytime you purchase from Katia Designs as a Katia Rewards member you earn 5 points for every dollar spent. Those points can be redeemed for a coupon code that you can use next purchase. You can also bank your points and save them until you can redeem for an amount that gets you a free necklace or bracelet.
Unfortunately, no. You can only redeem one or the other because when you redeem your points, you are issued a code to apply at checkout and the site only supports one code at a time.
Our coupon codes or special promotions expire plus we only have them once in a while so we always suggest using the current promo and saving your rewards points for another purchase.
