Promotions offered through Katia Designs online store located at katiadesigns.com are only available to those customers purchasing for their own personal use. They are not intended for any sort of resale or redistribution. If you are an authorized reseller, please contact your account manager for options.

All promotions are non-transferrable; only one promotion, coupon or discount applies per item/order (unless specifically stated) and a promotional code may be required. Promotional offers end at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on the expiration date unless indicated otherwise and are available only to U.S. and Canadian residents, exclusively for purchases on the Katia Designs online store.

Any discounts, prizes, or promotional considerations applicable to orders placed on this website or 3rd party website apply only to the initial purchase and purchase price, they are not applicable to other charges, including: previous purchases.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices and promotion pricese listed are in US Dollars.

Promotion Specific Details

Product Discounts: Product discounts are applicable to sales that are placed directly on www.katiadesigns.com and are applicable only to the product specified. Product sales end at 11:59 PM PST on the stated date of expiration unless otherwise noted. No other codes or discounts may be used in combination with a product discount unless noted. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. 

Site Wide Discounts: Site wide discounts are applicable to sales that are placed directly on www.katiadesigns.com. Site wide sales end at 11:59 PM PST on the stated date of expiration unless otherwise noted. No other codes or discounts may be used in combination with a side wide discount. This may include reward coupon codes. There is no code required at checkout and the discounted price will automatically appear at that time. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. Cannot be applied as a rain check promotion on out-of-stock items outside of the promotion dates. Exclusions to site wide discounts may include: Gift Cards, Bundles, Mystery Boxes, and Good Vibes Tees unless otherwise stated.  

Free Gift with Purchase: The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit. This offer is only available on orders placed here on our website and while supplies last. One free gift per order. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code. Free gift must be added to cart for the customer for offer to apply. The promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant page or while supplies last. If the free gift with purchase requires a minimum order total, taxes and shipping are not included towards the minimum order. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases. If items included in the minimum order are returned, free gift must also be returned or the price of the free gift will be deducted from the refund. If you overlook adding your FGWP to cart, please reach out to customerservice@katiadesigns.com. We will be happy to honor the free gift if your order qualifies however you will be responsible for the $6.95 shipping charge. 

Buy X, Get X Free Discount: “Buy X, Get X Free” (BOGO) promotion entitles the customer to receive a free item with the purchase of a qualifying product(s), subject to the terms outlined below. This offer is valid for purchases made through katiadesigns.com. Does not apply to previous purchases. To qualify for the free item, customers must purchase specified item(s) during the promotion period. The free item must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased item. The BOGO offer will automatically apply at checkout or when both item(s) are added to the cart. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise specified. The offer is subject to product availability. If a customer returns the qualifying item, the free item must also be returned. If the free item is not returned, the customer will be charged for the free item at its full retail price. If the free item is damaged or defective, we will replace it in accordance with our standard return policy. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Misuse of the promotion, including fraud or abuse, may result in order cancellation

Last Chance Items and additional discount on Last Chance Items: Discount stated only applies to items in the Last Chance Collection. Discount is not applicable on previous purchases. Items in the Last Chance collection are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale end at 11:59 PM PST on the stated date of expiration unless otherwise noted. No other codes or discounts may be used in combination with Last Chance items. There is no code required at checkout and the discounted price will automatically appear at that time. 

Bundle Discounts

Offer valid for a limited time only. Purchase any full-priced Original, Original Lite, or Klink necklace and receive the Rainbow Crystal Choker for a bundled price of $119 (before taxes and shipping). Discount is automatically applied at checkout when eligible items are in the cart.

Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes. Promotion is valid only on full-priced items; sale or clearance items are excluded.

The promotional discount is applied to the Rainbow Crystal Choker. If either piece in the bundle is returned, half of the total discount applied at checkout will be deducted from the listed price of the returned item, and that adjusted amount will be refunded.

Example: If you purchase an Original Necklace and Rainbow Crystal Choker, $39 is taken off the Rainbow Crystal Choker at checkout. If you return only the Original Necklace and keep the Rainbow Choker, you will be refunded $79.50 for the Original Necklace. This same calculation method applies to all eligible bundle styles.

No code is needed, and the discount applies automatically to the bundle. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions that include these items. If items need to be returned separately, the customer will be refunded $83.57 for the Goddess Shirt or $41.53 for the Just Breathe Scarf.  Limited quantities available. Last Chance 3 for $99 Promo (11/28/2025 at 12 AM EST to 12/1/2025 at 11:59 PM EST) The 3 for $99 Last Chance promotion is valid only on items included in the designated Last Chance collection on katiadesigns.com, and customers must have exact groups of three qualifying items in their cart to receive the promotional pricing. The discount applies in increments of three items only—for example, if a customer adds four qualifying items, the first three will receive the 3 for $99 offer and the fourth will remain at full price. This promotion applies only to Last Chance items, cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes, is valid only during the promotional period, and all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. 30% off Holiday Sale (11/28/2025 at 12 AM EST-12/25/2025 at 11:59 PM EST) The 30% Off Select Items promotion applies only to products included in the designated sale collection on katiadesigns.com, with discounts as marked—no promo code required. This offer is valid only on eligible select items and does not apply to Last Chance, gift cards, bundles, or gift sets unless specifically stated. It cannot be combined with additional promotions, discount codes, or sitewide offers and is valid only during the indicated promotional period.
