Once you’ve redeemed the points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used. If you need us to review your reward redemption history and void any unused codes, please email customerservice@katiadesigns.com. Please note that once your rewards coupon is redeemed on a purchase, it is no longer valid for use on future orders. If you choose to return the item that you used the coupon on, coupon points will not be refunded. For exchanges, please refer to our refund policy.
Make sure to use the email associated with your purchases and orders, check your spam folder for verification emails and/or login codes and utilize the ‘Forgot Password’ feature if you have trouble logging in to an existing account. Facebook and Instagram purchases will be associated with the respective email address(es) you use to log into those accounts.
