At Katia Designs we require an opening of $1000 at wholesale value. Subsequent orders must meet a minimum of $500. In order to keep your Katia Designs Wholesale account active, we request that you spend a minimum of $3,500 annually (at wholesale value).
We accept the following:
- Katia Designs requires all orders to be processed by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Your credit card will be charged no more than 72 hours before the order is processed and shipped.
- Katia Designs does not offer COD on orders or displays
- Katia Designs does not offer Net Terms unless written confirmation is provided to you from a Katia Designs Employee or sales rep. In order to be considered to be an account on net terms you must meet an annually sales of $10,000 at wholesale value. Please contact your sales rep to request to apply for credit terms.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice. Shipping charges will be calculated for each order based on ground shipping through USPS, UPS or FedEx (US shipping) or DHL (Canadian shipping). Please note all special shipping instructions below as well as on each order.
Katia Designs has a no return policy on all merchandise. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, Katia Designs will offer you a product exchange on the same or similar item or a credit note for future orders. Returns must be made in writing directly to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged depending on the circumstances. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the retailer.
Damages, Defects or Missing Items
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Katia Designs customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. If you are missing an item from your order, report to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
The Katia Designs Guarantee
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of their Katia Designs purchases and Katia believes in the lifetime quality of each piece. If for whatever reason your customers Katia Designs piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product. Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us by checking the box below. Back Orders under $300 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in shipping section above. Back orders over $300 no shipping charges will apply.
Please allow 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time. All orders must allow for a two-week shipping window.
Products or goods purchased from Katia Designs shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Katia Designs has a suggested retail price for all items as listed on the order form online. Discounts of any kind are not allowed without written permission from Katia Designs head office. All items must not be sold at a lower price than the suggested retail price online.
Retailer agrees to adhere to the Katia Designs MSRP in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing in store or online without notice. Katia Designs reserves the right to close any account that is selling through non- approved locations or channel’s and invoice the account for the buy-back of any merchandise found in unauthorized channels. The retailer agrees not to make any sales through an online channel unless approval from head office is provided in writing. Retailer agrees not to make any sales over the internet or through any third party online auction sites such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock or any other similar websites or third party unless given prior consent by Katia Designs in writing. e-Commerce sales of Katia Designs product requires prior written approval by Katia Designs management. Please note: Katia Designs reserves the right to Online DTC retail via cross-border shipping from owned e-commerce site(s) or direct relationships via its own Online partnerships into International territories without notice.
Retailer Displays and Merchandising Material
Katia Designs provides branded retail displays as part of the Starter Kit. Additional retail displays may be purchased. Only Katia Designs product may be displayed on Katia Designs fixtures and displays.
